מדיניות פרטיות

ברוכים הבאים לקליו. אנו מכבדים את פרטיותך ומחויבים להגן על המידע האישי שלך. מדיניות זו מסבירה אילו נתונים אנו אוספים, כיצד אנו משתמשים בהם, ומה הזכויות שלך.

המידע שאנו אוספים

מידע שאת/ה מספר/ת לנו

• שם ומגדר (לצורך פנייה מותאמת אישית)
• רשומות יומן: אירועים, משימות, הערות ורישומים
• תכנים שנוצרו באפליקציה: כתב יד, מדבקות, תמונות, הקלטות קוליות
• העדפות הגדרות: עיצוב, שפה, עיר לזמני שבת

מידע שנאסף אוטומטית

• נתוני שימוש בסיסיים לצורך שיפור השירות
• מידע טכני על המכשיר (סוג מכשיר, מערכת הפעלה)

מידע מצדדים שלישיים

• Google Calendar: אם תבחרי לחבר את חשבון Google שלך, נגשים לאירועי היומן שלך לצורך סנכרון בלבד
• Apple / Google Pay: תשלומים מעובדים ישירות על ידי Apple או Google — אנו לא מאחסנים פרטי תשלום

שימוש ב-Google API

כאשר את/ה מחבר/ת את חשבון Google שלך לקליו, אנו מבקשים שתי הרשאות בלבד:

• calendar.events — קריאה וכתיבה של אירועי Google Calendar שבחרת לסנכרן
• calendar.calendarlist.readonly — צפייה ברשימת היומנים שלך, כדי לאפשר לך לבחור אילו יומנים לסנכרן

אנו לא ניגשים לשום נתון Google אחר (Gmail, Drive, אנשי קשר וכו'). ניתן לבטל הרשאה זו בכל עת מהגדרות החשבון של Google.

השימוש שלנו ב-Google API עומד במדיניות Google API Services User Data Policy, כולל דרישות Limited Use.

כיצד אנו משתמשים במידע

• לספק ולשפר את שירותי קליו
• להפעיל את עוזר ה-AI קס (Kess) — השיחות מעובדות על ידי Anthropic ואינן נשמרות לצמיתות

אחסון ואבטחת מידע

הנתונים שלך מאוחסנים בשרתי Supabase באירופה / ישראל. אנו נוקטים אמצעי אבטחה סבירים להגנה על המידע שלך, כולל הצפנה בהעברה ובאחסון.

חלק מהנתונים (כגון הגדרות ומדבקות) נשמרים גם מקומית על המכשיר שלך.

שמירת נתונים

• חשבון פעיל: הנתונים נשמרים כל עוד החשבון פעיל
• לאחר ביטול מנוי: הנתונים נשמרים למשך 90 יום נוספים לצורך גיבוי, ולאחר מכן נמחקים
• לאחר בקשת מחיקה: כל הנתונים יימחקו תוך 30 יום
• נתונים מקומיים: נמחקים בעת הסרת האפליקציה מהמכשיר

שיתוף מידע עם צדדים שלישיים

אנו לא מוכרים או משכירים את המידע שלך. אנו משתפים מידע רק עם ספקי שירות הכרחיים:

• Supabase — אחסון נתונים
• Anthropic — עיבוד שיחות עם קס (AI)
• RevenueCat — ניהול מנויים
• Apple / Google — עיבוד תשלומים
• Google — סנכרון יומן (אם הופעל)
• Mixpanel — סטטיסטיקות שימוש אנונימיות (שרתי האיחוד האירופי)

כל הספקים כפופים למדיניות הפרטיות שלהם ולחוקי הגנת הנתונים הרלוונטיים.

נתוני שימוש (אנליטיקס)

כדי להבין כיצד קליו בשימוש ולשפר אותו, אנו אוספים סטטיסטיקות שימוש אנונימיות באמצעות Mixpanel. הנתונים נשמרים בשרתי האיחוד האירופי.

מה נאסף: אילו מסכים נצפו, אילו פעולות בוצעו (למשל "נוצר אירוע", "הומר כתב יד"), ספירות ומשכי זמן, סוג המכשיר, גרסת האפליקציה, שפה וערכת נושא, ומזהה אקראי המשויך להתקנה בלבד.

מה לעולם לא נאסף: תוכן הרשומות, ההערות או המשימות שלך; הטקסט שזוהה מכתב היד שלך; שמך; העיר שלך; כתובת האימייל שלך. תוכן אישי אינו נשלח לאנליטיקס בשום שלב.

המזהה: מזהה אקראי שנוצר במכשיר, אינו קשור לזהותך ואינו משמש לזיהוי בין אפליקציות. הוא נמחק בעת הסרת האפליקציה.

פרסומות

קליו הוא שירות ללא פרסומות. אנו לא מציגים פרסומות ולא משתפים נתונים למטרות פרסום.

• הזכות למחיקת המידע שלך וחשבונך

מחיקת חשבון ונתונים

ניתן לבקש מחיקה מלאה של החשבון וכל הנתונים הקשורים אליו בכל עת. הבקשה תטופל תוך 30 יום.

ילדים

קליו אינו מיועד לילדים מתחת לגיל 13. אנו לא אוספים ביודעין מידע אישי מילדים.

שינויים במדיניות

אנו עשויים לעדכן מדיניות זו מעת לעת. שינויים מהותיים יפורסמו באפליקציה. המשך השימוש באפליקציה לאחר עדכון מהווה הסכמה למדיניות המעודכנת.

Privacy Policy

Welcome to Klio. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Name and gender preference (for personalized address)
• Planner entries: events, tasks, notes, and records
• Content created in the app: handwriting, stickers, images, voice recordings
• Settings preferences: theme, language, city for Shabbat times

Information collected automatically

• Basic usage data to improve the service
• Technical device information (device type, operating system)

Information from third parties

• Google Calendar: If you connect your Google account, we access your calendar events for sync purposes only
• Apple / Google Pay: Payments are processed directly by Apple or Google — we do not store payment details

Google API Usage

When you connect your Google account to Klio, we request only two permissions:

• calendar.events — read and write Google Calendar events that you choose to sync
• calendar.calendarlist.readonly — view the list of your calendars, so you can choose which ones to sync

We do not access any other Google data (Gmail, Drive, Contacts, etc.). You may revoke this permission at any time from your Google Account settings.

Our use of Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve Klio's services
• To operate the Kess AI assistant — conversations are processed by Anthropic and are not stored permanently
• To manage subscriptions and trial periods (via RevenueCat)
• To send reminders you have set
• To sync with Google Calendar at your request

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase servers in Europe/Israel. We apply reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest.

Some data (such as settings and stickers) is also stored locally on your device.

Data Retention

• Active account: Data is retained for as long as the account is active
• After subscription cancellation: Data is retained for an additional 90 days for backup purposes, then deleted
• After a deletion request: All data will be deleted within 30 days
• Local data: Deleted when the app is uninstalled from your device

Sharing With Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your data. We share information only with necessary service providers:

• Supabase — data storage
• Anthropic — processing Kess AI conversations
• RevenueCat — subscription management
• Apple / Google — payment processing
• Google — calendar sync (if enabled)
• Mixpanel — anonymous usage statistics (EU servers)

All providers are subject to their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.

Usage Analytics

To understand how Klio is used and improve it, we collect anonymous usage statistics through Mixpanel. The data is stored on EU servers.

What is collected: which screens were viewed, which actions were taken (for example "entry created", "handwriting converted"), counts and durations, device type, app version, language and theme, and a random identifier tied only to this installation.

What is never collected: the content of your entries, notes or tasks; the text recognised from your handwriting; your name; your city; your email address. Personal content is never sent to analytics.

The identifier: a random value generated on your device. It is not linked to your identity and is not used to track you across apps. It is deleted when you uninstall the app.

Opting out: you can switch usage analytics off at any time in Settings → Privacy → Usage analytics.

Advertising

Klio is an ad-free service. We do not display advertisements and do not share data for advertising purposes.

Your Rights

• The right to access information collected about you
• The right to correct inaccurate information
• The right to delete your data and account
• The right to cancel your subscription at any time

Account and Data Deletion

You may request full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Requests are processed within 30 days.

Children

Klio is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
